Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online shop knxsimulator.com, for which Knxsimulator, S.L., hereinafter referred to as “Knx Simulator”, is legally responsible. By accepting, the User declares that he/she has read, understands and comprehends the above and assumes all obligations. If the User does not agree with the contents of this document, he/she must leave this website and will not be able to access or use the services it offers. Likewise, the User expressly accepts, without exception, that access to and use of this website, its services and the contents of said services takes place under his/her sole and exclusive responsibility.

These Conditions shall be accepted by the parties without reservation, and may be modified at any time and without prior notice, it being the User's responsibility to read them when making a purchase or contracting. The conditions in force at the time of conclusion of the contract shall be those applicable to you.


Applicable Regulations

This electronic contract is concluded under Spanish law and specifically under the legal regime imposed by Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and by Law 03/2014, of 27 March, General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).

The electronic contract will not be filed by a third party and the language for its conclusion is Spanish. The present general conditions may be stored and reproduced at any time by the user who makes a purchase through the options of his internet browser, and must be accepted before proceeding to the payment of the order.


User Account and Error Correction

In order to be able to make online purchases in this shop it is necessary to register by creating a ‘User Account’. You can register at any time by clicking on the corresponding link, or during the purchase process. Once registered, you will receive an email confirming that the process has been completed successfully and a reminder of your login details.

From your account you will be able to make purchases, check your order history, change your password, modify your personal data, modify your delivery and billing addresses, make comments, and other procedures or formalities related to your purchases.

In addition, at any time, you may access your private account to check your personal information and addresses and, if necessary, correct any errors that may have occurred in the entry of data or update them. Shipping and billing addresses may also be corrected or updated during the checkout process.

As a User, you may unsubscribe at any time by sending an email from the address you wish to unsubscribe to info@knxsimulator.com, which will entail the cancellation of your personal data.

In any case, the creation and cancellation of a user account will be governed by the provisions of the Privacy Policy.


Purchase Process

Shopping at Knx Simulator is easy and straightforward. Just follow these steps:

  • 1. Select the services that you wish to acquire among the ones offered by Knx Simulator. In each service, main characteristics and price are detailed. If you need more information, do not hesitate to ask us.
  • 2. Once you have selected the desired service, click the “Buy” button. The service description and final price, including applicable discounts, will be displayed.
  • 3. To proceed, click “Finish Purchase.”
  • 4. In your next purchases, you will not have to introduce your data again, as they will be stored in your User Account.
  • 5. Lastly, you must accept these Sales Conditions and choose the payment method of your contract among those offered by Knx Simulator (see next section).
  • 6. Once the contract process has finished, you will be sent an email in a few minutes which will specify the data of this process. You can download the bill from your user profile in a few minutes later. If you do not receive this email in 24 hours, or if you notice any error in the data introduced, contact us by using any of the following means:

  • 7. The simulation time will start to count at the end of the payment process.

Besides, you can request a paper bill by contacting us, during the 15 following days after the purchase, and we will send it to you without additional cost.


Payment Methods

Knx Simulator has several payment methods to facilitate the contract:

  • Credit or debit card

As follows, we specify the conditions for each of these payment methods.

  • Credit or debit card

Payments by credit or debit card are processed through BBVA’s secure payment gateway. In this payment method, “Knx Simulator” does not collect or handle any client card details. All information is processed directly by BBVA, ensuring maximum security, transparency, and confidentiality during the transaction.

Currently, the gateway accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and cards from the 4B, Red 6000, and Servired networks. If you have any questions, contact us, and we will clarify your concerns.


Prices, Taxes, and Fees

Prices are expressed in Euros. “Knx Simulator” is not obligated to provide services (even if confirmation has been sent) if the pricing error is obvious and unequivocal and could reasonably have been recognised as incorrect by the client.

Prices of “Knx Simulator” services may vary. However, changes will not affect confirmed orders except as stated above.

The following taxes apply to services offered on our website:

  • The PVP (sale price) for services provided to clients with billing addresses in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands includes VAT in all cases.
  • The PVP for services provided to clients in other EU countries, where the buyer is an individual, includes the VAT applicable in the provider’s country.
  • The PVP for services provided to clients in other EU countries, where the buyer is a business or professional, does NOT include VAT if registered in the ROI (Register of Intra-Community Operations). Otherwise, VAT applicable in the provider’s country will be added.
  • The PVP for services provided to clients in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or non-EU countries does NOT include VAT, as the operation is considered an export. The indicated price is final. “Knx Simulator” does not cover DUA, import fees, or customs taxes (IPSI, IGIC, etc.) generated at the destination.

Account Deactivation and Service Cancellation

User accounts are not deleted due to inactivity. Users may deactivate their accounts by contacting “Knx Simulator” staff via email at info@knxsimulator.com or through their user profile. Deactivation will be completed within 24 hours.

“Knx Simulator” reserves the right to block or delete a User Account without prior notice if it is used unlawfully or violates the terms and conditions outlined here. This will be communicated via email.

In exceptional cases, at the discretion of “Knx Simulator” administrators, and based on the severity of the violation, the User may receive a warning before the account is permanently blocked or deleted.

By registering as a User, you agree that the site owners reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify or discontinue the website and its services or delete provided data, whether temporarily or permanently.


Returns

As stated in the LGDCU, the right to withdraw must be exercised within FOURTEEN (14) calendar days from the date of contracting. You must notify us via email of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. The refund will be processed after verifying the purchase status through the original payment method and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of receiving the withdrawal request. Costs incurred in exercising the right to withdraw are borne by the buyer.

To exercise this right, the service must not have commenced. If it has, only the proportional part of the unused service will be refunded, where such distinction is feasible.

Please note, as per regulations, this right does not apply to services with specific dates (e.g., tickets, flights) or digital products/services once download or usage has started unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Due to the nature of the services, they are considered executed upon contracting; hence the withdrawal right under Law 3/2014 of 27 March on Consumer Protection does not apply.


Dispute Resolution

As required by new European regulations, users are informed of the existence of a European online dispute resolution platform for online transactions.
